*Underwater Society RP*

First topic message reminder :

Lori was in a cave laying on a rock. "Everything is so quiet now....nothing really happens anymore" I said as I played around with my black hair.

"Maybe from over there." Arabella said pointing towards the front of the cave.

She blew, and the noise sprang loudly.

Chieko peered out around the corner of the block. Nobody here. She slowly walked down the street. She looked above at the ceiling. Fish swam by and she could here the current faintly. She looked up and saw the fountain. She ran over to it and stood ontop of the edge. (I am just picturing City of Ember right now) People were just begining to wake up. She cleared her throat. She began to sing a song that she had wrote a few weeks before. "The currents flowing sweet and sound, the fish are everywhere to be found. The seaweed grows and pruning toes we know that this is our home." (Just made this up like 3 seconds ago.)

Adelaide ran past another street and bumped into a singing girl. She stopped humming her wordless song to simply stare at the girl, with long brown hair and hazel, smiling eyes.

"Hey, Chieko, how are ya?"

"The sound is actually... soothing."

After that, she began to play a fast sounding song.

I nodded, "it does actually....do you think that we should check it out? It sounds like a flute to me."

She heard noises, but not caring, she continued to play the flute.

"Yeah, come on." Odette replied, lifting herself from the rock.

I nodded as I dived into the water. "Lets go" I said as I popped my head out of the water.

Odette followed, listening to the sound of the flute.

One note, two notes, she began to see the faces of two girls. Very worried, she stopped.

"Hey look" I said nudging Odette, "shes the one who was playing that melody."

Odette stared, smiling a bit at the girl.
"Hello there!" She called.

"Don't be afraid, we actually liked that melody!" I called over seeing that the girl looked afraid.

She smiled, and opened her mouth in a small formation. But still not sure to trust them, she began to swim slowly away.

Odette stared at the girl. "That was.. odd."

"Was it something I said?" I said looking oddly at the girl as she swam away.

Then she sat back down, and continued to play.

"No, I don't think so. I believe she's a bit shy."

I shrugged, "I guess we go back now.....?" I said quietly as I turned around to swim back to the cave.

"Oh Hey, Adelaide." Chieko said. "You here to wake people up too? My new job." She said. She began to sing once more. "Blue and Green no one should scream. The quiet day and night. Sweet singing to wake the lone, that we know is our home/"

Arabella didn't leave the cave and when Lori and Odette came back she asked "so was it a person playing a flute?"

"When you mean by person do you mean mermaid person or human person?" I said swimming up to the rock again.

"Mermaid person." Arabella said.
