Well in this rp u r either a human or a mermaid/man. One day in earth there was a huge overflow of water that covered up everything. It happened so fast that the humans couldn't escape. Now the humans r blaming the mer-people for this even when the mer-people say that they did nothing. Now the humans live in one section of the ocean which is covered by an oxygen bubble in able for them to breathe, that section is called Oceana, and where the mer-people live is called Atlantis (obviously). Both cities live on different reefs, and no one from either side can go to the opposite side since it is illegal and both sides hate each other for the cause of the floods. Also if you are a human, you wear suits with oxygen if you are outside the oxygen bubble and they only last for 5 hours. Hope this is a success......got any questions? Pm me....ok so heres the app:

Name: Lorelei (Lori) Coral

Picture/Description: Black hair with blue highlights, blue tail, shell accessory on hair, starfish necklace surrounded by small shells, and blue shell bra (lol)
Bio: Lorelei is from a wealthy family that lives on top of the reef which is where the famous and/or the wealthy family live.(lol like SharkTale) She mostly spends her time alone on the outskirts of Atlantis where theres no one, she would play with the dolphins or just relax and watch fish, or at caves. She has a friend who is a pink dolphin named Melly who she and Lorelei spend hours of talk along the edge of the reef. Shes not really much of a talker and has very few friends. She likes to keep things simple and organized and hates when things get complicated and messy.
Personality: Nice, fun, daring, sassy, quiet and caring.

Bio: Cecily drowned in an ocean once, that's when she began tol try learning. Her dad was confirmed dead, but her mother was no where to be found. She live and takes care of her younger sister Cecie, for she is 9 Years old. She always feared the ocean since that day.

Bio: One of the elder mermaids, a calm and wise mermaid. Usually the type who gives advice and would rather have peace than war. She would go mermaid on you [loool] meaning she'd beat the sh** out of the opponent. Odette is often mistaken as just an elderly person, but she looks very young, and fights very well in battles. Looks alot like a teen.
Odette is actually a very fun person to hang out with. She acts like a teenager, and is very talkative.[More later.]
Personality: Calm, wise, sometimes cold-hearted, kind, silent, loving, sometimes mean.

Picture/Description: Long brown hair, Hazel eyes. Usually wears camo cargo pants and a black T-Shirt. (True about the shirt. Can never find camo cargos though!)
Bio: Chieko is sweet at appearance. Would never hurt a fly right? Well she is very mean when she gets mad. She doesnt care about anything at that momnt. She always tries to stay hidden. Chieko is very musical though. Even though in oceania finding music is hard she creates her own melodies or repeats ones she remembers before the flood.
Personality:Aggresive sometimes, Silent, smart.

Picture/Description: Adelaide has a triangular face and narrow eyes. Her red hair is usually pulled back into a ponytail, and she's usually frowning. She uses contact lenses, but sometimes loses them and then wears her heavy glasses.
Bio: Adelaide lives in a completely unspectacular manner. The only large event in her life so far has been the flood, and the one time she slipped out of the oxygen bubble when she stole a scuba diving suit.
Personality: She's very cynical and sarcastic, but that's mostly due to her boredom. She also may not look like it, but she's a fast talker and runs through life. Definitely not an action person, but very bossy.

Species: Mermaid
Picture/Description: Blue and pink hair that touches her waist, pale skin, with blue eyes. She usually uses a pale white shirt that has laces, so its dripping wet. Her tail is fairly long, and is thin, and pink.
Bio: Furikko is one of the oldest mermaids around, and has suffered the issue of being mute ever since age 10. She communicates with her flute, and loves doing it. She had been taught to play it at age 12, by a teacher whom she does not remember. She doesn't like to be with anyone other than the fishes, saying that the others are too judge mental.
Personality: Shy, quiet, very critical.
