Kyoko rushed through the doors of the academy, searching for the dorms.

"Niji!" Chieko picked the necklace up off the floor and ran over to Niji. She pulled Niji up in her arms and placed her on the bed. She went to be aide I the room and pulled out a ice pack. She placed at on Niji's for head. She looke at the necklace. She carefully tied it around her neck as she watched Niji.

Niji opened her eyes, still in pain. "Its the necklace...death can defeat love if it isn't strong enough...Good thing my main power is nature, or i would probably be dead or at least seriously injured by now." Niji slowly sat up.

"Slowly now." Chieko helped Niji up. "Well, it doesnt hurt me. Im still alive." Chieko siad pointing to the necklace on her neck. "How do you know about this?" All of a sudden there was a knock on the door.

"Who is that?" Niji said. "Im gonna hide. Nobody needs to see me like this." She climbed up a tree and watched through the leaves.

Chieko laughed and walked to the door. She opened Otto find Kaoki. "Oh Hi Kaoki. What do you want?" she asked. "Nothing much I was just wondering if you wanted tobtrain some." He asked. "Actually right now isn't th best timing. Maybe in a couple hours?" Chieko asked. "That works. I'll come by at 11:00 better training at night." Kaoki turned around and left. Chieko shut the door and turned around. "You can come out now Niji."

Niji jumped out of the tree. "Who's that? Somebody in your class?" She said. She walked over to the lake and tried to splash water on her face, but remembered it was holographic. "They could have at least put actual water in here!"

"No just a guy I met. And you are right real water would be nice." Chieko sat on her bed and tookbout a book.

"Hey..." Kyoko said gloomy.
"I gotta talk with you for a sec..." Ichiru said, taking Kyoko's hand, and running to a quiet place.

"Im gonna get some water from the fountain in the hall." Niji said. She went out to the hallway and got the water. She saw a shadow at the end of the hall that quickly disappeared. She tip-toed back to the dorm.

Chieko sat onthe floor and pulled out her knife. She slowly cut her palm and let the blod drip on the floor.

"Uhh...Are you ok?" Niji said. She saw Cheiko with the knife and the blood. She walked up and quietly took the knife from her hand.

"hey!" Chieko grabbed the knife from Niji. "In the middlenof something!" Chieko sat bAck down on the floor. And placed the back in her boot. She chanted 'Life and death tell me so what this object means.' she placed the necklace next to the blood. The floor started to shake.

"Make it quick, then." Kyoko said, finally arriving in the quietest area in the academy.
Ichiru stared, and finally said, "I think we should train, before I tell you..."
"Okay then." Kyoko said.

"Whats goin-" Niji was cut off as she lost consciousness. She fell into a coma.

"Niji!" The floorshook harder now. "Most concentrate..." A well sproutedfrom the floor and started to shine. Chieko sat up and place her hand in the water what is this o ject she threw the necklace in the well. "The necklace is ancient, nothing must disrupt it. Only the strongest of death families can wield it. No one is able to control it's power other wise." The well slowly sank and the necklace flew into Chiekos hands. She places the necklace on her bed and ran over to Niji. She picked her up and ran outthe door to the nurse.

Both Kyoko and Ichiru summoned a shadow. It covered the whole area, and it soon shattered into pieces. Kyoko took another shadow, and made it rise from the ground. She concentrated her power, and took the shadow, and stretched it out. Kyoko quickly wrapped the shadow around an object, making it pitch black.

Chieko placed Niji down on the nurse's couch. "Dont worry she will be fine." the nurse said. Chieko nodded and looked at Niji. Shefelt so bad. "You can head back to your dorm if you want. I will take care of her." Chieko looked at Niji one more time and headed back to the dorm.

She opened the door to see someone at her bed. It was Kaoki. "Its 11. Nice necklace by the way." he said. Chieko snatched it away from him. "So where do you want to train?" She asked. "Hm... How about my dorm. I don't have a roommate. It's pretty roomy." He said. Chieko tied the necklace back around her neck. "Sure."

Kyoko raised her arms, pointing straight towards the object. She then lowered them, not wanting to use that move. "Ichiru... I don't want to train right now..." She whispered to him. "Really? It seems like you always want to train. Anyways, why not go to my dorm for a bit? I really need to talk to you." Ichiru said, taking my hand once again. They both calmly walked to the dorm, Ichiru eerily quiet.

They walked toward Kaoki's dorm and entered. "Wow, it is big." Chieko looked at the hue room. It was black all across the walls. Skulls hung from the ceilin jut like hers. "So. What should we practice first?" Chieko asked. Kaoki sat down on a painted circle. "How about a basic raising." He put his hands in front of him and chanted to himself. 'Death the rising come, enter my presence zombie.' Chieko remembered each family had their own saying. The floor cracked open and a zombie rose up.

Kyoko and Ichiru made it to his dorm. He slowly opened the door, and they both walked in. Ichiru motioned Kyoko to sit on the opposite bed of his. She sat down, facing Ichiru. "What is it?" Kyoko asked. "I don't really know how to say this..."

"Good. But it's too basic." Chieko sat down and chanted 'Death calls the dead rise, death calls the dead rise, death calls a vampire' The floor shook and a coffin rose up. It opened to reveal a vampire. "Very impressive."Kaoki said. He brought his hands down and the zombie and vampire disapeared. "I noticed you have risen the dead. Not just the undead." He said. "Um... ya. How did you- Wait. You looked through my stuff!" Kaoki chuckled. "Hey you left a vile of dragon blood and a book wide open. Kinda hard not to miss it, plus with the other side of your room as bright as the sun."

[I was busy for the past week and the past few days. lol]
"Go on." Kyoko said impatiently. She hates to wait. "Okay then..." Ichiru said, and whispered into her ear. "Watashi wa anata ni mise rare teru..." He whispered, making her eyes widen. "R-really...?" Kyoko stuttered. Ichiru nodded. "Watashi wa onaji yō ni kanjite iru." Kyoko said with a smile.

"Oh, you still shouldn't hve!" Chiekobyelled. Shevthought of Niji. "Poor Niji..." Chieko wispered.

Ichiru smiled, and leaned in closer, making Kyoko leap back a bit. "I-I gotta go!" She said, and rushed out of the door. Ichiru grinned, and sat on his bed.

"What happened to her " Kaoki asked. "Oh. I found something and um... Her powers saved her but she got really faint. She's uncouncious."
