First topic message reminder :

Chieko was out near an iceberg trying to waterbend a little bit of ice.

"one more try then Ill finish my chores." said Chieko. She picked up the water and brought completely around her and dropped it back in. "YES!" she shouted.

As Naomi was finishing up her last chore she saw Chieko, "hey did you get it? Or not yet?"

"I got it! I can't believe it! Here Ill show you!" Chieko looked to see if anyone was watching then showed Naomi the move.

"Awesome! Do you still want to learn more?" I asked looking around to see if anyone saw Chieko waterbend.

"Yes! I would love that! But if anyone catches me I'll be dead." Chieko replied. She started lowering and raising the ice slowly.

"You know how to freeze water?" I asked sitting down.

"I don't know. I can try first." Chieko looked around again then picked up the water and frooze it. "Wow. Apparently I can! I never knew that!" she said excitedly.

"Good job, Hana." The trainer said. Hana grinned, and blasted fire from the palm of her hands.

Naomi just stared, shocked by what she saw. She's older than Chieko and learned more than Chieko at waterbending but what she doesn't know is how to freeze water. "I-I can't believe it that you actually can freeze water! Even I don't know how to do that-yet." Said Naomi still amazed.

"Sorry im late!" Kasai said running in. "My sister got sick on my clothes so I had to wash them." She only had one pair. Her family was poor. She wondered if she should go stand next to the girl she wanted to be friends with (Hana) or to just go in the back.

Not noticing Kasai coming in, Hana clenched her hands. She slowly put her hands down, and quickly blasted fire from her the palm of her hands, and her feet.

"Wow. You don't know how to freeze water? I thought you would!" Chieko was amazed too. She sat down and started waterbending a icicle up and down.

Hana then stopped, realizing she'll burn things up. She then thought of using her lightning power, for the first time.

"Naomi. Do you think I should tell my parents about, well my practicing of waterbending? I hate balling it up like this. It might eventually help the tribe too since there's so little waterbenders." Chikeo said morphing the icicle around.

"I'm not sure.....do you think they will understand? I mean every parent is different. My mom knew that I could waterbend every since I was born, so there was no need to tell her. How do you think your parents will take it?" I said sitting next to Chieko.

Hana stopped blasting the fire from her hands, and took a quick rest.

"I don't know. They might be proud they might be disappointed. I don't want to tell them right away though, I just want to be sure she is ok before I tell her." Chieko said. She continued to morph the icicle.

"So you never told anyone that you can waterbend?" Asked Naomi watching the icicle morph, "no one ever knew nor found out except me, right?"

"Pretty much. I just thought being a waterbender would be bad somehow. So when I found out I told no one. But now I think it's great! But no one knows. Well except you of course." Chieko said. She stood up and looked at Naomi. "I just want to leave this place sometimes. Explore the world. You know." She turned around and walked back toward her house.

Naomi watched Chieko walk away and then looked at the snow and waterbended the water in it and started to play with it. She sighed then got up and walked back to the village.

Hana quickly went back to the training grounds, trying to bend lightning.
Didn't work.
She did it once again.
It worked.
Hana shot lightning in the sky, probably everyone could see it.

Kasai decided not to stand next to Hana. She seemed a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitle bit ticked off. Kasai walked to a more empty space, started working on her defense moves and wondered if she could shoot lightning like that. Probably could if i tried...

Saphira saw lighting up in the sky from the training grounds,

"Mom." Chieko called. She looked around her house. Her mom wasn't there. Chieko ran outside and shouted "Mom!" Still no reply. She went back into her house. She saw a note that read, Im sorry Chieko. I know you can waterbend. I'm not ashamed, I am proud. But by the time you read this I will be gone. An old woman of 78... I have left you. You know you are adopted. But. I am still as proud as any birth parent. Good bye my sweet Chieko, and take this too. Chieko unwrapped a package next to the note. It was her mom's, her birth mom's engagement necklace.

"Chieko! Are you ok?" I said running inside Chieko's house, "I heard you yelling and thought that something was wrong.......what are you doing with that bethroal necklace?"
